Being surrounded by a gang of bikers can feel intimidating for many drivers, but when one of those motorcycle riders jumps on your car and kicks your window in, then points a gun at you, the terror has escalated to a totally different level.
That’s what happened to 23-year-old Nicki Bullock in an incident that’s going viral and now has Philadelphia police pulling out all the stops to catch the gun-wielding thug. Bullock was delivering Uber Eats meals in her sedan with her two children in the car when she was surrounded by a swarm of people riding quads and motorcycles.
The driver and rider began arguing at the red light, Bullock alleging that the man had hit her car. But then the altercation turned nasty, with the biker jumping on the trunk her car and kicking in the rear windshield, which Bullock says was only prevented from showering her children with glass by the window’s tint film.

When Bullock jumps out of the car to remonstrate with the biker he pulls a gun on her, headbutts her (while still wearing his helmet) and shoves her aggressively. But, incredibly, Bullock stands her ground, and at one point pushes the man’s motorcycle over.
Police said they have identified the biker and District Attorney Larry Krasner (speaking before he was identified) said he’ll not be treated lightly when he’s eventually apprehended.
“That person, whoever that person is, if that person is caught, and I get the chance to charge that person, we will be going after that person very, very vigorously that conduct,” Krasner told CBS.
Earlier today, the Philadelphia PD announced that they had made an arrest related to the incident. However, they did not immediately disclose the identity of the individual, and charges were not yet announced.
Fortunately, Bullock’s two children were not physically hurt in the attack, and although her car didn’t escape so lightly, she says she has had members of the public and several auto glass replacement companies offering to help fix it up.
