If you’re familiar with automotive influencers, there’s a good chance you’ve heard of Alex Choi. The young enthusiast and exotic car owner is perhaps best known for his particularly outlandish twin-turbocharged Lamborghini Huracan but also owns a McLaren 720S that last year he covered in Christmas lights. This year, he decided to transform his Huracan into a rolling celebration of the holiday season, and to say it’s bright would be an understatement.
To make the Lambo stand out, the entire exterior has been clad in approximately 30,000 RGB LEDs operated by a bunch of different controllers and with the ability to operate in sync. They have been stuck to virtually every exterior surface of the Huracan, including its towering rear wing and even the roof scoop.

The video showing the car in full doesn’t provide any detail about the installation process but it no doubt took quite a long time, particularly given that it can display pretty much any pattern imaginable.
In the video above, Choi hit the streets in the car after receiving the go-ahead from his lawyer who says he can’t think of any laws that the car is breaking. While the rain in Los Angeles did cause Choi and his friends a few issues with the LEDs, Choi organized a gathering with 20 of his followers who have also covered their cars in Christmas lights this year. The group then headed to the gorgeous mountain roads just outside of LA to film some epic content. At one stage, they all gathered in a large circle and took turns taking their cars into the center and performing some epic donuts. While the lights may not be illegal, the donuts definitely are.
