Now could be the perfect time to buy a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 as the EV is eligible for a discount of as much as $15,000 if it is leased.
A bulletin recently sent to Hyundai dealerships across the U.S. confirms that it will continue to be eligible for $7,500 in lease cash until January 31st. Since January 3rd, all versions of the Ioniq 5 have also qualified for a $7,500 Final Pay Incentive that can be combined with the lease cash, resulting in total savings of up to $15,000.
According to Cars Direct, Hyundai has introduced a compelling new offer to sell off any remaining 2023 models now that the 2024MY Ioniq 5 is already available. Those who take advantage of the deal will be able to lease the 2023 Ioniq 5 SE for as little as $299 for 36 months (before taxes) with $4,999 due at signing and capped at 10,000 miles per year. The Korean company is also offering a ‘Sign and Drive’ option for the Ioniq 5 for $439 per month with $439 due at signing.

The 2024 version of the Ioniq 5 is largely identical to the outgoing 2023 but does benefit from a series of extra features. For example, the Limited trim comes with a digital rearview mirror, a WiFi hotspot is available as standard, rear side airbags have been fitted, and steering wheel haptic feedback has been added for the Lane Keeping Assist and Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist functions. Aside from these changes, the 2024 model is identical to the one it replaces, making this deal on the 2023 version all the more compelling.
The updated model is offered in Ioniq 5 Standard Range RWD, Long Range RWD, and Long Range AWD configurations with 220 miles, 303 miles, and 260 miles of range respectively. Those seeking the ultimate in performance would be wise to place an order for the Ioniq 5 N.
