At times, it’s evident that a celebrity’s association with a vehicle can significantly increase its selling price, particularly when they have a strong connection to the automotive world. For example, anything previously owned or driven by Steve McQueen is almost guaranteed to fetch a premium. However, there are occasions when the link between a celebrity and the enthusiast community is less apparent.
For example, consider this 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon that was reportedly driven by Madonna. Although it did not belong to her, it is said to be the one used in a pair of related music videos for the songs Frozen and Frozen On Fire.
The videos appear to use the same shots of the car emerging from an abandoned industrial building, and accelerating through an alley. Featured more prominently in the Frozen video, the song ends when it is cut off by the sound of the impressive supercharged 6.2-liter Hemi V8 that powers the car.

While it seems perfectly plausible that Madonna drove this Challenger for the video, we suspect that the burnout (facilitated by the car’s line lock function) was performed by a professional. What is for sure that the car features a heart and a Madonna signature on the dash.

While it’s not abundantly clear that will increase the value of the car significantly (the commenters on Bring a Trailer (BaT) seem to be trying to figure out how much of a positive it is, too), it certainly can’t hurt. Plus, being able to see your car in a music video has got to be cool.
Aside from the Madonna connection, it’s a pretty enticing car. In addition to the impressive engine, it also has 18-inch Hole Shot aluminum wheels, Brembo brakes, a Harman Kardon sound system, heated and ventilated seats, and a clean California title, plus, it has driven just 4,500 miles (7,242 km).
The auction is set to end on Sunday, January 28. What do you think? Would you pay extra to own a car that was featured in a Madonna video?
