The first official photos of the Lynk & Co 07 EM-P have emerged online thanks to China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and ahead of its official reveal. It shares several design similarities with other models from the same brand, making it easily identifiable as a Lynk & Co model.
Your attention will immediately be drawn to the headlights of the 07 EM-P. They look a little like the talons of a hawk or a falcon and are accompanied by a strip running the width of the front end that houses the headlamps themselves. Lynk & Co’s designers have also shaped a lovely black grille towards the base of the bumper.

The sedan’s sides stand out thanks to the curved areas along the doors and the flush door handles. The new plug-in hybrid sedan also has a pair of very intriguing door mirrors and is finished in a two-tone finish with a black roof and pillars. Other styling highlights include the thick C-pillars, a rear LED light bar, and a small lip spoiler.
According to the spec sheet we’ve obtained, the Lynk & Co 07 EM-P measures 4,827 mm (190 inches) long, 1,900 mm (74.8 inches) wide, and stands 1,480 mm (58.2 inches) tall with a 2,843 mm (111.9-inch) wheelbase. It is underpinned by the existing CMA Evo platform and while the ‘E’ in the car’s name may make you believe it is a BEV, that’s not the case.
The 07 EM-P’s plug-in hybrid powertrain combines a 1.5-liter combustion engine producing 161 hp (120 kW). The Chinese authorities didn’t disclose any specifications about the electric motor but it is expected to produce a combined 215 hp (160 kW) and be driven by an 18.99 kWh LFP battery. The new Lynk & Co model is expected to offer an EV-only driving range of around 63 miles (102 km).
