Apocalypse 6×6 is mostly known for its rugged-looking six-wheeler conversions, but the tuner is also working with more conventional four-wheeled off-roaders. Their latest Land Rover Defender build looks wild thanks to a massive lift, bigger wheels and tires, and other off-road modifications.

The Land Rover Defender 110 received a 9-inch (228 mm) lift, without compromising the functionality of the fully adjustable air suspension system. The lift kit effectively doubled the stock ground clearance. Apocalypse 6×6 suggests this is the first and only “full suspension lifted” new Defender.

Besides the increased ground clearance that makes the Defender look like a real-life Tonka truck, the striking Land Rover is equipped with custom skid plates, a winch, side steps, a roof rack, and new larger wheels. The copper-finished five-spoke rims are wrapped in all-terrain rubber.

This Land Rover doesn’t come with a powerful V8 under the hood. Instead, it is fitted with a turbocharged four-cylinder 2.0-liter engine, rated at 296 hp (221 kW / 300 PS) and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) in the stock P300 form. Power is transmitted to all four wheels via an eight-speed automatic gearbox.

The pictured example of the Land Rover Defender is offered for sale by South Florida Jeeps, with a price tag of $99,000. According to the listing, the donor vehicle is a 2020 MY, and only has 3,553 miles (5.718 km) on the clock.
