- The German tuner has decided against modifying the car’s lively 2.5-liter turbocharged five-cylinder.
- This RS3 could be perfect for owners who want to make their car’s look a little more exciting.
- The biggest upgrade is the fitment of 20×9 front and 20×8.5 rear wheels.
Few tuners are as experienced with modifying Audi models as much as ABT and for its latest project, it’s focused on the baby of the RS range; the Audi RS3.
This isn’t the first time ABT has worked its magic on the current generation of RS3. In late 2022, it unveiled its RS3-R Limited Edition, sporting a plethora of dramatic visual modifications that made it stand out. This time around, ABT has opted for some more subtle alterations and as such, has named this creation the RS3-S.

The changes start with the suspension where the car has been lowered by 30 mm (1.18 inches) at all four corners. It has then bolted on a set of 20×9 front and 20×8.5 rear wheels.
ABT has then added black gills behind the front fenders and fitted a carbon fiber rear diffuser. The hatch also gets a sharp carbon fiber roof spoiler while the sedan adopts a small carbon lip.
Various modifications have also been made to the Audi’s cabin. These include new RS3-S badges, integrated entrance lights with the ABT logo, new floor mats, and a custom start-stop button. Buyers can also option new paddle shifters and additional carbon fiber parts. Rounding out the available parts are new anti-roll bars and matte black stainless-steel tailpipes.
What about the engine? Like its RS3-R, ABT has decided against messing with the car’s 2.5-liter turbocharged five-cylinder. While that’s a shame, this engine already delivers 401 hp and 369 lb-ft (500 Nm), enough to propel the car to 60 mph (96 km/h) in just 3.6 seconds and through to a 180 mph (290 km/h) top speed. RS3 owners also aren’t short on options when it comes to tuners that will happily boost power from the five-cylinder.
