The ultra-rare Pagani Zonda HP Barchetta that was wrecked during a Croatian supercar meet in 2022 has finally been repaired and is now back on the road.
This ultimate version of the Zonda, limited to just three units worldwide, spun out of control on a small town street during an event hosted by the Supercar Owners Circle club. Video of the incident showed the rear tires losing traction and the car slamming into the front of an approaching Ford Fiesta.

The impact ripped the driver’s side rear wheel off, as well as all the suspension and brake components. Extensive damage was also done to the matte carbon fiber bodywork.
The owner of the car shared a short video of the car being rebuilt at the Pagani factory three months ago and a photo of the repaired car was posted online yesterday. The owner is the man behind European tuning company TopCar Design, Oleg Egorov.
He has one of the most remarkable Pagani collections on the planet and owns two Zonda Cinques, a Zonda R, a Zonda 760 Roadster, a Zonda Tricolore, and a Huayra BC. The HP Barchetta is the most valuable of them all and had a price tag of around $17 million when it was new.
It’s not uncommon for those rare few Pagani Zonda models damaged in crashes to be not only be repaired, but also upgraded at the brand’s Italian factory. That doesn’t appear to be the case with this HP Barchetta, as it looks the same as it did before the crash. The only difference we can see is the silver wheels, replacing the black wheels it had before the crash.
Pagani unveiled the Zonda HP Barchetta in 2017. It packs a 7.3-liter naturally-aspirated V12 churning out a remarkable 789 hp and immediately stands apart from all other Zonda models thanks to the smaller windshield, side windows, and rear wheel fenders. Horacio Pagani himself owns one of the three Zonda HP Barchettas built.
