• Nissan has announced the 2025 Sentra will be priced from $21,590.
  • That’s an increase of $410, although higher-end variants receive more modest price hikes.
  • The model is currently on sale with minor changes.

Affordable sedans are becoming increasingly rare, but the Nissan Sentra continues to chug along. Following an extensive update last year, the model heads into 2025 with minor changes as well as slightly higher price tags.

Starting with the latter, the 2025 Sentra begins at $21,590. That’s a slight increase over its predecessor, which began at $21,180. While the price of the entry-level S variant climbs $410, the mid-level SV is only up $180. The range-topping SR, on the other hand, receives a $320 price hike.

Nissan didn’t have much to say about the car, but highlighted a new maintenance care program. It provides customers with up to three complimentary oil changes within the first two years or 24,000 miles (38,624 km) of ownership.

The only other change appears to be a NissanConnect Services package on the SV. It costs $200 and adds app connectivity as well as access to a Wi-Fi hotspot.

While that’s not much to get excited about, neither is the entry-level Sentra S. It features halogen headlights as well as 16-inch steel wheels with stylized covers. Buyers will also find a 4.2-inch multi-information display, a 7-inch infotainment system, and a four-speaker audio system. They’re joined by air conditioning as well as power windows and locks.

Despite being fairly basic, the model comes with a host of driver assistance systems including Intelligent Cruise Control, High Beam Assist, and Blind Spot Warning. Other highlights include Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Rear Automatic Braking, and Lane Departure Warning.

Higher-end variants are far more luxurious and the range-topping SR sports LED lighting units as well as 18-inch alloy wheels. They’re joined by heated front seats, a six-speaker audio system, a larger 8-inch infotainment system, and a 7-inch cluster display.

All Sentras have a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that develops 149 hp (111 kW / 151 PS) and 146 lb-ft (198 Nm) of torque. It’s connected to an Xtronic continuously variable transmission, which sends power to the front wheels.
