- Restomod manufacturer Ringbrothers is coming back to SEMA with new creations.
- Among them are a Chevrolet, a Buick, and a Plymouth.
- Today, they launched a teaser with some important info about each car.
The SEMA Show 2024 is almost upon us and Ringbrothers just provided three more reasons to be there. The restomod builder is arriving at the show with a trio of new American builds that feature more than 2,000 horsepower combined. Here’s a sneak peek at what to expect between November 5th through the 8th in Las Vegas.
Ringbrothers expects its Buick Grand National, dubbed INVADR, to be the highlight of the show. While we don’t have images of the car itself, we do know a little about its beating heart. Under the hood is a 1,246 horsepower twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter V6. A six-speed manual gearbox transmits power to the rear wheels only. It sounds like what Buick could’ve made in the 1980s if only it was a supercar manufacturer instead of an offshoot of GM.

Next up is a 1970 Plymouth “Cuda” that Ringbrothers calls INFECTED. In comparison to the Buick, this car sounds somewhat tame. It “only” has an 807 horsepower Hellcat V8 under the hood along with a manual transmission and rear-wheel drive. The big shifts sound like they’ll come in the form of the bodywork. The car features an extended wheelbase, a custom cowl, custom fenders, and “so much more.”
Finally, the company is also bringing something a 1972 Chevrolet Blazer called the TUKA to the show. Ringbrothers doesn’t say what engine or transmission it’ll use but confirms that it’ll drive all four wheels. We expect it to be a hardcore off-road-focused machine with lots of components for that sort of driving.
According to Ringbrothers, all three required some 15,000 hours of work each. No doubt, each will also sport unique exterior changes that are in harmony with all of Ringbrothers creations. The company will pull the wraps off of all three on November 5th at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. local time respectively. Jim and Mike Ring will both be there in person too. We can’t wait to see what details lie in these new custom creations.
