- The positive reception to the bold Integra Type S HRC Prototype will lead to a slew of special street and off-road-focused performance parts.
- The SEMA display cars will include a special version of the Pilot.
- Aftermarket tuner Bisimoto has also overhauled a Honda Prologue and is being it to Las Vegas.
Honda Racing Corporation USA has confirmed it will establish a new business producing performance parts for Honda and Acura models that will be available to owners. The announcement has come just days out from SEMA Show 2024 where Honda will showcase a series of race cars and a special Prologue modified by Bismoto.
We had a strong indication that a line of Honda/Acura performance parts was on the cards. In August, HRC unveiled a one-off Acura Integra Type S with a slew of upgrades and, at the time, said the prototype previewed a series of street and track-focused parts that could potentially hit the market. Just two months later, HRC says the strong interest in that prototype convinced them to go ahead with the plan.

The first prototypes with these new parts are expected to be ready as early as next year. It’s unclear which Honda/Acura models will be the first offered with these new performance add-ons nor when they will be available to customers.
To get fans excited, HRC is bringing along the Integra Type S HRC Prototype to SEMA alongside a special Pilot HRC Prototype featuring off-road accessories that may be offered to customers. Several race cars will also be present in Las Vegas, including the Red Bull Racing RB20 F1 car from last year, the Acura ARX-06 prototype, a Honda IndyCar, Honda Ridgeline Baja Race Truck, Honda CR-V Hybrid Racer, Acura Integra Type S DE5, and an HRC Honda Civic Type R Pace Car used in the IndyCar series.
2024 Honda Prologue by Bismoto
American Honda also partnered with Bismoto to create a bespoke Prologue for the event. This special creation sits on Air Ride suspension, allowing the ride height to be dropped significantly.
Bisimoto has also bolted on a set of 22-inch Brixton Forged TR09 monoblock wheels, an Inno roof rack, and an Inno roof box, all while wrapped up in handsome vinyl. Photos of the EV’s interior haven’t been released, but we’re told the tuner has designed a custom yoke steering wheel for it.
