• SoFlo Customs just launched two new models.
  • One is a four-door Ford Bronco with a small truck bed.
  • The other is a two-door pickup Jeep Wrangler with a V8.

Off-roaders love customizing their vehicles and a small company in South Florida knows that. In fact, it’s taking special note of things that the current automotive market doesn’t offer. SoFlo Customs announced two off-road machines that you can’t get from automakers no matter how much you pay.

First is a vehicle it calls the JTT. Essentially, this is a two-door Jeep Wrangler pickup truck, and while Jeep does offer the Gladiator, SoFlo takes that idea and goes to the extremes. Their Wrangler truck uses the chassis of a Wrangler Unlimited as the basis of the JTT but with the rear doors hacked off to make room for a custom bed that is just shy of five feet long.

SoFlo says most of the build beyond that is up to the customer, including the choice of engine. It’ll happily install a diesel, a naturally aspirated HEMI V8, or even a 717 horsepower (534 kW) Hellcat V8. Buyers also get to pick what sort of exterior paint, wheels, and tires they’d like. In fact, they can even request body armor should they want to cosplay as a dictator or warlord.

The second new vehicle on offer from SoFlo is a Ford Bronco pickup truck dubbed Stud. Think of this as a heavily customized version of what Ford’s answer to the Gladiator could look like. It features a cargo bed, four full doors, and five seats, but to fit all of that in there, SoFlo added 16 inches to the wheelbase of the Bronco.

Evidently, the longer wheelbase actually makes the Bronco more manageable too. According to SoFlo, and I’m quoting here, it features “a way better highway driving experience.” Similar to the Jeep, the paint, wheels, tires, and other features are completely customizable based on customer demands. SoFlo doesn’t say what engine comes standard in the Stud, but confirms that it’ll add a Bronco Raptor V6 should a buyer want it.

SoFlo says that both vehicles start at $65,000. Notably, one example of the Bronco for sale on the website right now has an asking price of $77,999.
