• The upgrades are available for both the regular Porsche Cayenne and the Cayenne Coupe.
  • Key upgrades include a carbon fiber fascia and flared carbon wheel arches.
  • TechArt hasn’t said how much its new parts for Porsche’s SUV will cost buyers.

The current Porsche Cayenne is arguably the best version built to date, combining excellent performance and luxury with the type of sleek looks that were absent from earlier iterations of the SUV. The latest model hasn’t been in the hands of customers for long, and already, the masterminds over at TechArt have unveiled their heavily upgraded version. Known as the Magnum, it’s not for the faint-hearted.

This kit is available for all Cayenne variants, and many of the parts are made from carbon fiber. Things start at the front where the original bumper and grille have been ditched and in their place is an entirely new bumper, bathed in carbon fiber and black elements, with optiotional body-colored aeroblades. This new bumper makes the Cayenne look even more imposing and has been complemented with a bespoke hood, complete with two large vents.

TechArt has also gone to town on the sides of the Magnum. Flared wheel arches make an immediate impression, as do the new side skirts and the bold 21-inch wheels with black, silver, and carbon fiber elements and the new wing mirrors.

The tuner will offer the Magnum package in standard, Sport, Unique, and First Edition guises. The rear of the standard model has a fairly traditional carbon fiber diffuser with quad tailpipes, while the Sport has a more aggressive diffuser with two centrally mounted tailpipes, similar to the Cayenne Turbo GT. Also found at the rear of both versions of the kit are a carbon roof spoiler and a small lip spoiler.

TechArt’s Cayenne Magnum Is Packing Some Serious Heat

Shoppers who opt for the Unique are offered an “unparalleled level of customization” and can add custom carbon parts and interior trimmings. The most special version is known as the First Edition and will be capped at just 25 units. It includes individually numbered front wheel arches and a customized interior.

Matching the bold looks of the Magnum is a healthy dose of additional power. For models based on the flagship Turbo GT, TechArt has managed to extract 930 hp and 811 lb-ft (1,100 Nm) of torque from the twin-turbocharged V8. This is enough to launch the SUV to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 2.7 seconds and through to a 205 mph (330 km/h) limited top speed.
