If there’s one car to ever roll out of a Mercedes-Benz factory without the need for some aftermarket goodies, it has to be the G63 6×6.
Potentially the most outlandish and absurd road-going vehicle ever produced by the German brand, the 6×6 has become somewhat of a modern icon. Despite how crazy it is straight out of the box, that didn’t dissuade from Brabus tweaking the 6×6 a few years ago.
Filmed here in stunning 4K, we get to see a Brabus B63S-700 tackling some dirty and muddy terrain alongside a bright yellow G500 4×4² and a ‘standard’ G63 6×6, making for a truly incredible sight.
Beyond the custom exterior touches found across the Brabus-tuned 6×6, the model also enjoys some mechanical modifications. The most obvious are the implementation of two new turbochargers to the 5.5-liter biturbo V8, an increase in boost pressure and a bespoke exhaust. All up, this lifts power from 544 hp to 690 hp (700 PS) and delivers 708 lb-ft (960 Nm) of torque between 2,000 rpm and 4,000 rpm.
