It might have been revealed back in February, yet we had to wait until today for FCA to announce the 2017 Ram Power Wagon pricing in the US.
Ram’s Ford Raptor rival comes with a $51,695 MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price), excluding a $1,320 destination fee (*). For the 2017MY, the Power Wagon gets a redesigned grille and tailgate, plus a tire-tread pattern on the seats.
Standard equipment includes a five-link suspension with Bilstein mono-tube shocks and a “Smart Bar” electronically disconnecting sway bar, electric locking front and rear differentials, 33-inch Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac tires, complete underbody cladding, tow hooks and a 12,000-pound Warn winch and distinct bodywork graphics.
Customers looking to add luxury to the rugged character of the Power Wagon can opt for the $4,495 Leather & Luxury pack, which comes with amenities such as a powered 10-way adjustable driver’s seat, dual-zone auto climate control, a heated and ventilated front bench, front and rear park assist with a rear backup camera and an infotainment system with Sirius XM satellite radio and nine Alpine speakers with subwoofer.
Powering the 2500-based Ram pickup is a 6.4-liter Hemi V8 delivering 410 HP and 429 lb-ft of torque that’s mated to a six-speed automatic transmission.
