Nissan has announced pricing for the MY2017 Murano SUV, which starts from $30,640.

Don’t expect any major changes on the car itself though, as the only thing Nissan added is the Apple CarPlay and made the Driver Attention Alert an option to SV models.

Under the curvy shape of the 2017 Nissan Murano still lives a 3.5-litre V6 petrol engine mated to the Xtronic CVT gearbox. Power goes either to the front or to all four wheels, depending on the model.

Inside there is an eight-inch touchscreen display for the NissanConnectSM infortainment system, an Around View Monitor system with moving object detection and an 11-speaker Bose premium audio system. Blind Spot Warning, Predictive Forward Collision Warning, Forward Emergency Braking and Rear Cross Traffic Alert are all included to the active safety features list.

The base Nissan Murano S FWD is priced from $30,640, with the range-topping Platinum AWD version asking for $41,680, both including (*) a $900 destination and handling fee. Nissan says that the 2017 Murano is on sale now, nationwide.
