A crazy finish to Sunday’s NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park led to a brawl between two drivers, Cole Custer and John Hunter Nemechek.
On the final lap of the race, Nemechek closed the gap to Custer and through two corners, tried to push Custer out of the way to get into the lead.
As the final turn came up, Nemechek slammed into the rear of Custer, pushing him towards the edge of the track. As the pair straightened up for the sprint to the line, Nemechek slid directly into his competitor, pushing the two of them into the grass and pinning Custer against the wall.
Incredibly, the duo continued to battle down the main straight with the nose of Nemechek’s car just edging out Custer’s.
After the race, Nemechek jumped out of his car and asked for the victory flag at the start line and that’s when Custer took things into his own hands. He sprinted up to Nemechek and attempted to spear tackle him. Both of them fell to the ground before they were split up by their respective teams.
Imaging this happening in F1…
