A few months ago, Liberty Walk announced a new project based on a Ferrari F360 Modena through a set of CGI images and now it has released the real deal. It’s safe to say the finished product looks more stunning – or over the top, depending on your taste buds.
Compared to its modern, state-of-the-art successors, the F360 is losing ground on the performance front. Even so, thanks to its Pininfarina-sketched looks, it remains a slice of automotive eye candy – for some, even more so when garnished with an eccentric aftermarket body kit that widens it and brings it closer to the ground.
Offered either in fiber-reinforced plastic or carbon fiber-reinforced polymer, the kit includes front, side, and rear diffusers, a rear wing, and widened fenders. The CFRP variant comes with a dry carbon wing as well, and other carbon fiber-crafted details (such as the front bumper air vents).
The complete CFRP offering (with an air suspension system and rear wing included) costs $29,000, while the lesser variant comes in at $22,080.
There’s no word about what’s going on under the hood, which probably means that the Cavallino Rampante’s 3.6-litre V8 was left untouched. Even so, it’s 395 hp and 373 Nm (275 lb-ft) of torque power figure is potent enough to entice the average adrenaline seeker.
