When fog brings traffic to a halt in a motorway, getting out of your vehicle and not making a run for it really isn’t a good idea.
Remember this massive 70-car pile up from Slovenia earlier this year? The people that did exit their cars had to run up a bank on the side of the road in order to not get hurt. This driver however didn’t seem to be concerned with what was about to happen as he casually strolled around his car.
That is until that truck came crashing in. Thankfully, somehow he escaped unharmed from what could have caused serious injuries – at least.
The loud noise is the truck driver in front of the dashcam car honking his horn in order to warn people that there was danger. Though if you’re already approaching at an unreasonable speed and you have low to no visibility, hearing somebody honk isn’t going to help much.
After the initial crash, the man walks towards the dashcam car and stands around doing nothing until he sees another incoming car that probably ran into the truck on the left, as far as we can tell. The second hit finally got the message through: run away!
