Following its presentation last month in Detroit, the updated 2016MY Infiniti QX60 is available for order at dealerships across the States.

Nissan’s luxury brand states that despite the long list of revisions, the 2016 QX60 is just $200 more expensive over the previous version, in the entry-level FWD model that starts from $42,600. For the cheapest all-wheel drive version, which uses the same 265hp 3.5-liter V6 engine, prospective buyers will have to pay $44,400.

Next in the lineup is the QX60 hybrid, with a 2.5-liter four-pot combined with an electric motor and a lithium-ion battery pack, which offers 250hp. In FWD, the model starts from $52,050, while the QX60 Hybrid AWD costs $53,450.

Infiniti offers the Premium Plus option package from $2,900, meaning $100 cheaper from last year, which includes Navigation with Infiniti Connection and Around View Monitor with Moving Object Detection.

The previous Deluxe Touring and Technology Packages were combined to form the new Deluxe Technology Package, which comes with Forward Emergency Braking with pedestrian detection and Predictive Forward Collision Warning.

Besides these, other tech available on the “new” QX60 includes Lane Departure Warning and Prevention, Blind Spot Intervention, Intelligent Cruise Control, Distance Control Assist, Active Trace Control Backup Collision Intervention and front pre-crash seatbelts, added to the likes of Infiniti Connection telematics system and Personal Assistant and 15-speaker Bose sound system.
