This right here is a tuned 2016 Ford Mustang GT, with no fewer than 666 WHP driving the rear axle, which happens to feature a set of 20″ custom wheels.
Yes, this is the same car we showed you last week, when you got to admire a bit of its interior and its exhaust note, which by the way, was pretty darn special, as were the burnouts. This time however we get to see a bit more of the car and we get to see the wheels in a lot more detail.
Before we take a closer look at the ADV005 MV2 wheels, let’s run through the performance one more time. So it’s 666 WHP (roughly 750 HP), 510 lb-ft (691 Nm) of torque, all courtesy of a 2.9-liter Whipple supercharger, an ECU tune, Corsa Extreme cat back exhaust system with black PVD tips and BC racing custom coilovers.
The car even comes with body paint protection and matte paint protection on the Carbon Splitter.
So no, this isn’t just a mean-looking V8 Mustang, it’s also a really fast one that should indeed give the Challenger Hellcat a run for its money, despite having less torque.
Now the wheels. We’ve seen the ADV005 M.V2 CS Series rims before of course. This yellow Aventador looked particularly great on a set of Liquid Smoke ones, as did this E46 M3 on the Gloss Manbronze. Perhaps a darker finish would have worked better on this Mustang as well, but that’s only because this is such a good looking car.
Let us know what you think about the ‘Stang/wheels combo and if you’d rather have this car over rivals such as the Hellcat. Oh and don’t forget the 670 HP Roush Mustang (Stage 3), which also packs 738 Nm (545 lb-ft) of torque.
