A new design study tries to imagine the successor to today’s Volvo S60 as a shrunken version of the brand new S90.
Made by photoshop artist Theophilus Chin, the future rival of the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, BMW 3-Series, Audi A4, Jaguar XE and others imitates the Swedish firm’s flagship sedan’s styling, repackaged in a smaller body.
Some changes include the repositioned fog
lamps, the tweaked design on the lower part of the doors and the LED light
strip connecting the taillights.
Volvo hasn’t announced any details on a future S60 so far, but since the second-gen was introduced in 2010, and refreshed in 2013, it’s probably safe to assume that a replacement is still a couple of years away.
