As Pagani nears completion of the Huayra’s 100-unit production run before the Roadster, a brand new example has just arrived in the Netherlands, becoming the country’s very first Huayra.
The chassis number of this Huayra is unknown, but it’s bright red paint scheme certainly makes it distinguishable from all others we’ve laid eyes on. Beyond the red paint adorning most of the exterior, it includes carbon fibre for the active aero flaps at the front and rear as well as the wing mirrors, front bumper/splitter, side skirts and rear decklid.
While we don’t have pictures of the rear end, it’s probable that it too is bathed in carbon fibre. One particularly prominent design feature of this Huayra are the gloss black wheels finished with red outer rims to match the exterior paint work.
Inside, we can see brown leather across the seats, headliner, door panels and dashboard alongside a never-ending array of carbon fibre and aluminium elements. It also appears to have been installed with the exclusive Sonus Faber surround sound system.
Power for the Italian hypercar is of course provided by a 6.0-litre twin-turbocharged V12 courtesy of AMG. It delivers around 730 hp and when combined with a 1000 Nm torque figure, can push the Huayra to 62 mph in a mere 3 seconds and through to a 230 mph top speed. A new hardcore model promising to be even faster is in the works.
