Introduced in 2012, the Renault Clio is currently in its fourth generation, and with just over three years of production, it’s bound to get an update soon.

However, don’t expect any major modifications, because we’re not talking about an all-new model, but a facelift, with digital artist Remco Meulendijk attempting to envision how it would look like.

The model pictured here is the GT Line version and it brings different headlights with incorporated LED DRLs, similar to the ones used on the new Megane, an updated bumper with lower side air intakes and a slightly tweaked grille.

Moving further back we notice the redesigned taillights with LED tech, a redesigned bumper and a modestly revised diffuser. The roof spoiler, tailgate and double exhaust tips remain the same and so does the side profile of the car.

The Clio GT Line is aimed at customers who want more “goodies” than the regular Clio, but are not interested in the range-topping RS. The model gets a 120 PS (118hp) and 190 Nm (140lb-ft) 1.2-liter TCe petrol engine under its hood, connected to a dual-clutch gearbox. It needs 9.9sec to reach 100 km/h (62 mph) from a standstill and it starts at £17,395 ($26,111) in the UK.
