Is there a more popular choice to drag-race these days other than a Tesla Model S P85D?
The answer is simply no, apparently, because everyone with the Tesla’s keys in their pockets wants to share how incredibly fast this zero-emissions, fully-electric, four-wheel drive 691hp vehicle can be and that means only one thing: drag-racing.
British media are getting a taste of the P85D these days, with Auto Express putting it up against a 562hp Porsche Panamera Turbo S for the obligatory drag-race. Unlike the standard quarter mile, the British magazine raced the two cars from zero to 100mph to zero again, demonstrating which has the better brakes as well.
There is only one clear winner, head to the video after the break to find out.
