We’ve no idea what the code of conduct is for driving a military vehicle through a checkpoint used by civilian cars, but speeding like a madman doesn’t seem right…
A cell-phone video captured a BMP amphibious tracked infantry-fighting vehicle packed with soldiers and travelling at a high speed passing through an Ukrainian checkpoint between Artemivsk and Logvinovo, when it came across a Daewoo Lanos.
The soldier driving the BMP’s narrowly avoided the collision but didn’t manage to save the day, crashing the tracked vehicle into a ditch.
We do have a hunch, but if you speak Ukrainian, a translation of what’s been said in the video would be welcome in the comments.
H/T to Robert!
