Oh, don’t you just love those videos that make you focus on one thing while things are altered in such a was so as you don’t perceive the change?

Well, Skoda has made one too, featuring its sharp new Fabia and a lady holding a piglet.

Frankly, this stuff is not new, although it’s not common among car ads (that I know of). It gets the point across that the new Fabia is much more noticeable than before, with its clearly defined lines and angry, angular posture; it’s a far cry from its bubbly predecessor that frankly looked a bit anonymous and many believed (back when it was launched) that it was actually a step down in design compared to the very first Fabia to come out.

We liked this ad and thought it was more creative than the usual crop, even some of Skoda’s other attempts that very frequently have a tendency to take a turn for the cliché – this video ad feels fresh and fun, just like the other one we featured that’s part of the same campaign.
